How it Works

  • A free 20-minute call to understand your needs and answer your questions.

  • Registration and forms will be sent out electronically

  • Sessions are 60 minutes long, held online or in-person (depending on what you prefer), typically weekly or fortnightly. (This can be contracted as per your needs and suitability)

  • Exploring concerns, needs, history, expectations of therapy and goals.

  • Creating a trusted space and working collaboratively to help you move towards your goals and cultivate resilience.

  • Focusing on consolidating the work done, celebrating your journey and planning next steps for continued well-being and life beyond our sessions.
