About Me

I’m a Counselling Psychologist with a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from City St George’s, University of London. With over 3 years of experience working across private practice and NHS services in the UK, I offer both short-term and long-term therapy to adolescents and adults.

My special areas include supporting clients through relational difficulties, emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression as well as trauma.

An integrative approach

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from person-centered, CBT, relational and trauma-informed ways of working - always adapting the work to meet each person where they are. At the heart of my work is a belief that growth goes beyond healing – it’s about supporting people to live more fully, authentically and with a sense of empowerment.

A postcard with two photographs, one of a sunset sky with bright orange and pink clouds labeled 'Sunsets <3', and another of a woman dancing indoors labeled 'Bollywood beats' with part of an Indian-style building in the background. The postcard is attached with a paperclip to an envelope, with a historic yellow sandstone building and cityscape in the background.

Outside the room

Beyond titles, I’m a curious soul who enjoys small joys like dancing, sunsets and I’m always here to listen and hold space for others around me.
